What is Life Coaching?
Traditionally coaching focuses on an individual’s life as it relates to setting goals, creating results, and managing personal change.
I prefer to encourage my clients to set intentions rather than goals. Clearly stated intentions are the beginning of all exceptional things. Taking the fluff out of lofty goals and getting really clear about your underlying intentions and why you want what you want will get you to your desires much quicker.
If you are a self-motivator and can get your stuff together without any help, good on you. Most women need support though. Coaching provides the safe space where you can explore and unpack your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours with the help of an expert in motivation, self inquiry and empowerment. As your coach I will call you out when you make choices that are not aligned with your intentions and I will hold you accountable to your own life plan.
Getting clear on where you are, where you want to be and closing the gap between the two, that’s what coaching will do for you.
