Whether we do it consciously or sub-consciously, we are creating the things that come into our lives first in our thoughts. Then, as we continue to keep our focus on those thoughts, the very thing we created in our thoughts will manifest in our reality.
This is law. Whether we are thinking good thoughts or bad thoughts, we will get what we think about eventually whether we want it or not. Now you may ask but why would I bring bad things into my life when I clearly want good things for myself. The question is “are you thinking good thoughts about your life or bad thoughts”?
Have you ever heard the saying “Whatever you think about, you bring about”?
If we are constantly dress rehearsing tragedy and predicting negative outcomes, our thoughts are focused on the negative and then it stands to reason that negativity will be what we manifest.
There’s a way to stop these negative thoughts. It’s a practice but it can be done. It’s about being mindful and aware. It’s about checking in with yourself and asking yourself “will this way of thinking give me a positive or negative outcome”. If the answer is negative, then STOP IT! Just Stop it Already!
Many of the thoughts we have don’t serve our greater good yet we continue with this negative thought patterns. Why? Because we believe that we cannot control our thoughts. Here’s the interesting thing, once we become aware of our thoughts we can change the trajectory of them and reach for better feeling, positive thoughts when necessary.
That thought-loop you have going in your head, its going because you have not taken control of it. Do yourself a favour and just STOP IT!
We have the power to create beautiful experiences in our lives. It starts with a beautiful thought, an amazing dream and the willingness to stay focused only on that beautiful outcome. It may take time and practice but believe me, its so so worth it!
